Excellent location in Şișli with easy access to metro, Cevahir shopping mall, lots of cafes and shops, exchange offices etc. The breakfast was good, although the coffee and tea were not necessarily the products that we usually know behind those names. Elevators were fast and always available. It was not crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had to work and was able to use a separated public space in the lobby area with a desk and sockets. It was very helpful. The hotel is clean.

I arrived at 0900 and was going to leave my bag to come back and check in at 1400 but Omar at reception checked me in. I was pleasantly surprised. I also got a late check out at 1400 gratis as well.

Very nice food and a really great location, as soon as we stepped out we were in the heart of Sisli and just 1 km walk from the Nisantasi shopping area as well. The staff are so polite and two people in particular Ms.Duniya at the reception and Mr.Alper in the restaurant, went out of their way to accommodate and help, every request we made. I don't think we heard the words "not possible" any time during the stay!

The location is great! Very good SPA, large rooms, good AC/Heat. Friendly and professional customer service, they speak good English! Overall, it was very good. Good TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime! I would come again if they drop their prices or improve their services.

Friendly staff and I liked how close the location was close to everything, also the quietness of the room was excellent , the food was great too. free Wifi was fast and good with no interruption.

The main point is the location which was surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes, and easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was ensured and housekeeping was excellent.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the metro station. The room was clean and tidy up to Holiday Inn standard. In the hotel I was warmly welcomed by Yunus Emre Özek, who offered tea and coffee. Great cheerful attitude from hotel staff The breakfast is good too.

The location was good. Close to metro station, shopping centers, and dining places. Valet parking service is convenient. The room was cozy and clean.
